On August 5, 2025, at 10:30 AM, a soil test was conducted as a vital part of the Salmon Florentine Project's initial development phase of Salmon Developers Ltd (https://salmondevelopersbd.com/). This project location is: Bashundhara R/A, Block-N.

The event was graced by respected shareholders, along with Mr. Md. Meheraj Uddin Faysal, Managing Director of Salmon Developers Ltd., Mr. Hasnat Arif, Deputy Managing Director, and other key officials of the company.

Deputy Managing Director Mr. Hasnat Arif Said: “We believe in transparency and engineering excellence at every stage. Our physical presence at the project site with our land shareholders reflects our commitment and shared partnership.”

Respected land shareholder Mr. Rakib added: “According to Salmon Developers’ commitment, the soil test was scheduled to be completed within one month of land registration—and they have kept their promise. We are satisfied with their progress.”

Since 2019, Salmon Developers Ltd has been actively working in Bangladesh’s land-sharing-based real estate sector. The company develops flats through land share agreements, providing homeownership opportunities for buyers.

Already, Salmon Developers has successfully completed 7 projects and currently has 14 under construction projects. Additionally, new projects are available according to land share in various prime locations across Dhaka.
